RULES.

The short version: you pay for position, and someone else can always pay more.

1. 01

   dontoutbid.me is a paid advertising leaderboard. Businesses pay to increase the bid total displayed with their listing.

2. 02

   Higher total bids rank above lower total bids. Being outbid changes your position; it does not remove your listing.

3. 03

   If an existing advertiser raises its total bid, it pays only the difference between its old total and new total.

4. 04

   A payment buys advertising placement at the position available when the bid is confirmed. Rankings can change at any time when someone bids more.

5. 05

   Payments are not automatically refundable because another advertiser later outbids you.

6. 06

   Advertisers must submit lawful websites and content. Fraudulent, malicious, illegal, deceptive, impersonating, harmful, abusive, or spam listings may be rejected or removed.

7. 07

   If a listing is removed, any refund eligibility will be reviewed individually.

8. 08

   Click counts are informational. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, traffic, conversions, sales, leads, or any amount of time at a particular rank.
